The short version

Sweep collects no data. Not your photos, not your name, not analytics, not crash reports. Nothing leaves your device.

Photo scanning

Sweep scans your photo library using Apple's on-device sensitive content detection (SCSensitivityAnalyzer). All analysis happens on your phone. No photo, thumbnail, or scan result is ever uploaded, transmitted, or shared with anyone, including us.

The vault

Photos you move to the vault are encrypted with AES and stored inside the app on your device, protected by Face ID or your passcode. We have no access to them. Deleting the app deletes the vault.

Accounts and tracking

Sweep has no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party SDKs that collect data. The app makes no network requests with your personal data.

Purchases

Pro Unlock is a one-time purchase handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment details. Apple's handling of that transaction is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Your rights

Under GDPR and similar laws you can ask what data we hold about you. The answer is none, so there is nothing to access, correct, or delete on our side. Everything the app touches stays on your device and is under your control.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted at this address with an updated date.
